The city of sub, Çanakkale, is commemorated by two wars; the Trojan war and WWI. The town builds its narrative on what these two wars brought and took.
For the final exhibition in Athens, sub invites three poets to discuss the Trojan Horse, its mythology, surrounding narratives, and historical contexts. The result was a poem, a devotion to ancient Greek times. The verse was sung jointly and turned into a sound piece, later in a five-day residency program, and a pop-off carton horse sculpture was built. Meanwhile, Psychopiano, a group of sub-artists, composed the song Hure, a super-archaic melody in a very religious tone, which is settled behind the poem.
Poem to a Horse, along with Psychopiano's Hure, turned into a public event, hosting a funeral ceremony and collective performance with Psychopiano's act.
